I have over 7 years’ experience teaching IB Mathematics, guiding students through both Analysis & Approaches and Applications & Interpretation courses at Higher and Standard Levels. My academic background includes a Master’s in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor’s in Pure Mathematics, with research focused on advanced optimisation methods. I’ve worked extensively with IB exam formats, helping students achieve top scores.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have taught IB English Literature and Language & Literature SL/HL at leading international schools in Asia and Europe. My work includes mentoring students through their IAs and EEs, providing guidance from topic selection to final drafts. I also prepare students for A-Level English, AP English Literature, and SAT Reading/Writing, helping many achieve top grades and secure places at top universities worldwide.

From cell structure to human physiology, I’ve helped IB Biology students turn challenging concepts into exam-ready knowledge. With an MSc in Biomedical Sciences, I specialise in guiding SL and HL candidates through IA research design, EE development, and targeted revision for high-stakes assessments. My students have gone on to excel in medicine, veterinary science, and biosciences at leading universities.

Many of my students have achieved 7s in IB Physics HL by mastering problem-solving under timed conditions, a skill I emphasise in every session. Currently completing my MSc in Theoretical Physics after a BSc in Physics, I have worked with IB students worldwide, including those in top international schools, focusing on mechanics, thermodynamics, and quantum theory for HL and SL success.

I am currently completing my MSc in Chemical Sciences after graduating with a BSc in Chemistry. Originally from New Zealand, I studied in several countries across Asia and Europe, which gave me a strong foundation in the IB curriculum. I achieved a 7 in IB Chemistry HL and a total score of 44/45, and I am passionate about helping students master the subject’s most challenging concepts.

My students get consistently high scores in IB Economics by mastering exam strategies and applying real-world case studies effectively. With an MSc in Development Economics and a BSc in International Business, I have helped learners from top IB schools worldwide excel in HL and SL, guiding them through IA research, data analysis, and evaluation skills that lead to strong 7-grade performances.

As an IB Business Management tutor, I’ve guided students through case studies, exam preparation, and IA development, helping them achieve top results. I’ve worked with learners from diverse backgrounds, tailoring sessions to their specific goals while ensuring they grasp core concepts like strategy, leadership, and financial analysis. Seeing students refine their skills and excel in the IB programme is the most rewarding part of what I do.

I specialise in IB History, guiding students through paper analysis, source evaluation, and essay structuring for top-grade performance. My background in modern history research allows me to bring depth and precision to key topics, from authoritarian states to 20th-century conflicts. Helping students refine their arguments and develop historical insight is what I find most rewarding in my teaching.
